Check the delivery mechanism of the oil

Many Omega 3 capsules contain the oil in an enteric coating. While this may seem to be a good thing, it’s actually not.

Fact is – fish oil doesn’t need to be packaged inside an enteric coating. A soft gel form is the ideal one to deliver it inside you body. An enteric coating is usually a sign of rancid oil – the coating is used to mask its smell which would be a dead giveaway.
